home or residence. Our home care model allows you to receive personalized, one-on-one
treatment without the need to travel to a clinic.

Yes. We bring all necessary physical therapy equipment with us to ensure you receive high-
quality, clinic-level care in the comfort of your home. Depending on your treatment plan,
this may include resistance bands, weights, balance equipment, electrical stimulation
devices, and other therapeutic tools needed for your recovery. This allows you to receive
clinic-level care in the comfort of your own home, with safe, effective treatment tailored
to your needs.

Yes, we accept many major insurance plans, we accept all Medicare plans, all
Dual Plans, managed Medicare plans, HMO, PPO plans, commercial plans,
workers comp, personal injury. We work with your insurance provider to verify your
benefits and obtain the authorization to help make your physical therapy services
process as smooth as possible. We Help coordinate and obtain a doctor’s referral if
your plan requires one.

In many cases, a referral is not required to begin physical therapy. New Jersey and New
York state allow direct access, meaning you can start treatment without a physician’s
referral for first 30 days. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, goals, and overall health. After
your initial evaluation, your physical therapist will create a personalized treatment plan and
recommend the appropriate frequency and duration of care. Some patients improve in just
a few visits, while others with more complex or post-surgical conditions may benefit from
several weeks of treatment. Our goal is to help you recover as efficiently and safely as
possible while achieving lasting results.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily. Athletic
wear such as t-shirts, shorts, leggings, or sweatpants is ideal.If we’re treating a specific
area (such as your knee, shoulder, or back), wearing clothing that allows easy access to
that area will help your therapist properly assess and treat you. Supportive athletic shoes
are also recommended for balance and walking exercises
