In-Home Physical Therapy

In‑home physical therapy focuses on restoring mobility, strength, balance, and function so you can safely move around your home and community. Common reasons for PT include orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, chronic pain, deconditioning after illness, and post‑hospital recovery. Treatment may include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, manual techniques, home safety recommendations, and a personalized home exercise program.

In-Home Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy helps patients safely perform daily activities that matter most. This includes assistance with dressing and grooming, bathing and toileting safety, cooking and basic household tasks, fine motor skills such as buttoning, writing, or using devices, and implementing home safety strategies along with adaptive equipment.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation is essential for optimal recovery after orthopedic or neurological surgeries. Our structured programs are designed to restore strength, mobility, flexibility, and functional independence safely and efficiently. We provide rehabilitation following procedures such as joint replacements, ligament reconstruction (ACL/PCL), fracture fixation, spine surgery, rotator cuff repair, and other orthopaedic surgeries.

Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological rehabilitation is designed for patients living with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, and balance or gait disorders. Therapy focuses on improving strength, coordination, walking ability, functional mobility, and overall safety, while also providing education for patients and caregivers.

Fall Prevention & Balance Programs

These programs combine screening, strength and balance exercises, and home safety recommendations to reduce fall risk. Therapists evaluate how you move in your own space and create a plan to improve confidence and stability.

Chronic Condition Therapy

Long-term conditions often require ongoing and gentle support. Care may focus on arthritis, COPD-related weakness, diabetes-related mobility issues, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related declines in strength and endurance. The goal is to help patients maintain independence and quality of life safely.

Sports Medicine

We treat conditions such as ligament injuries, muscle strains, tendonitis, runner’s knee, shoulder injuries, ankle sprains, and sports-related fractures. Our approach includes injury assessment, pain management, strength and conditioning, mobility training, biomechanical correction, and sport-specific rehabilitation.

Pediatric PT

Pediatric Physical Therapy focuses on helping children achieve optimal physical development and functional independence. We treat conditions such as developmental delays, cerebral palsy, torticollis, autism spectrum disorders, muscular weakness, coordination difficulties, and post-injury rehabilitation.

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is a hands-on treatment approach used to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore normal joint and muscle function. DDD ( NJ- Department of developmental disability )

As a certified provider through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (NJ-DDD) Medicaid program, we deliver a comprehensive suite of services for adults 21 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Individual Support Services, and Community-Based Supports.
